Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 10-day return and exchange period from the date you receive your order.

Exchanges

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We accept exchanges for sizing, style/colour changes, incorrect items, or damaged/defective items.

For change-of-mind or sizing exchanges, the customer is responsible for return and replacement shipping costs. Incorrect, damaged or defective items should be reported to us before returning.

Return Shipping & Refunds

For change-of-mind or sizing returns:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked service.
  • An eligible refund will have the following deducted:
    • $13.90 for standard items
    • $25.90 for bulky items
    • $7.95 return handling fee
  • Store credit is exempt from the $7.95 handling fee.

For example, a $100 standard item would receive a $78.15 refund, excluding any original shipping fee paid.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind, sizing or preference-related returns. Exchanges or store credit are available where applicable.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and details. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance/final-sale items, where stated at purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged or altered
  • Items without required original packaging
