Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange your item within 10 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The shoes remain unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • You present proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for exchange.
  • Clearance items may not qualify for an exchange or refund.

For exchanges due to sizing issues, wrong item received, or defective/damaged items, visit /a/uggbootfactory-return or contact our customer service team at sales@uggbootfactory.com.au. We’ll assist you in finding the right size or style.

🚫 Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for both the initial shipping cost (if applicable) and the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure a safe return.
  • Please enclose a prepaid satchel from the post office.

Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

  • Faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days, and we will work on a resolution.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via text or email regarding refund approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, excluding the shipping cost and subject to a $5 restocking/return handling fee (store credit refunds are exempt from this fee).
  • Refunds will have the initial shipping fee deducted:
  • $13.90 for standard items
  • $25.90 for bulky items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
