You may exchange the item(s) within 8 days of the purchase date, provided that.
  • The shoes are unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is presented for all returns.
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a exchange.
  • Clearance items may not be eligible for an exchange.
For exchanges due to sizing issues or preferences, please make sure you include a note in the return parcel with your order number, name, and request, or contact our customer service team at sales@uggies.com.au. We’ll assist you in finding the right size or style and provide guidance on the exchange process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost ( if applicable) and the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

We have a strict no-refund policy. Exceptions may apply in cases of damaged or defective items upon receipt. Please contact our support team within 7 days if you receive a faulty item, and we will assist you with a resolution. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via text or email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the return will be processes, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
